Wild Rice, Mushroom and Broccoli Soup - Another Friday Food Favorite

- 1 Box of Long Grain and Wild Rice Soup
- 2 Cans of Chicken Broth
- 1 Cup of Water
- 2 Shredded Carrots
- 1 (10 oz) Package of Chopped Broccoli
- 1 (4 oz) Can of Mushroom Stems and Pieces
- 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 (8oz) Brick of Cream Cheese
- Mix chicken broth, water and rice with the seasoning packet and heat until boiling, Boil covered for 10 minutes.
- This is a thick and hearty soup. If you prefer your soup a bit thinner feel free to add more water or broth.
- Add vegetables and mushrooms and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Stir in the chicken soup and cream cheese.
- Let the cream cheese and soup dissolve.
- Heat until hot and it’s ready to serve.
