I am one of those who prefer a more subdued Easter table……and this one can transition into the spring season as well because we know that those little bunnies appear all season long.
I started this Spring Table with a few life-like bulb pots I had purchased at Target in the Clearance aisle last year. I think they were only $2.00 for the small ones and $4.00 for the larger version. I loved the wonderful bulbs they seemed to sprout from. So life-like!
Using the simple burlap runners I had made, I crisscrossed them over the table to create a table mat effect. I will post soon about how these were created.
To add to the feel of an outdoor effect, I added stones to my glass candle sticks along with cream-colored candles and added a few stones to the green moss mats I tucked under the floral pots.
I loved these little bunnies I had picked up at Tuesday Morning a couple of weeks ago. They go so well with the white porcelain containers the faux bulb plants were potted in.
Using my go to sage green plates, I centered them with the decoupage salad plates I had created using a toile green patterned fabric. A post will be coming soon on just how I created the plates.
A simple white flower bud was tucked into the sage green napkins which had been tied with jute to match the burlap runners.
Peeking through the green glasses, the bunnies are trying to hide.
I love the look as we peer through the flowers and out onto the deck.
Creating a simple and lovely Easter table arrangement.
I am anxious to hear how you decorate your table!
